Chicken Tender Roll Ups
Get the bag of frozen chicken tenders from Trader Joes for $6
put however many you want in a crock pot
add salt pepper garlic & onion powders
pour in a can of cream of mushroom and a can of cream of chicken soup
cook until done
save the mixture of chicken broth & soup to use as gravy on top when finished
You can also get the puff pastry from Trader Joes 2 for $2
Have one sheet of puff pastry thawed out and spread it on a cookie sheet lined with olive oil
line the cooked chicken tenders across the long edge of the pastry
on top of that add chopped brocoli or spinach or green beans
on top of that add cheese ...my favorite with this is swiss or really sharp cheddar
Then roll it up long ways and place in the center of the cookie sheet
make a little slice on the top for steam to escape

bake at 400 until golden brown.
Slice into however many servings
